Damanganga Home Textiles, a state of the art manufacturing unit with all latest generation machines now started producing furnishing fabrics and made ups. The technical highlights of this unit are as follows:

A world class design facility, equipped with the latest German design software. It has tied up with reputed design studios in Europe for the procurement of designs. SQC facilities also include a full fledged testing laboratory with the latest testing equipments for testing yarn and fabric parameters.

The Preparatory department is equipped with Prashant Gamatex Warping machines with automatic tension control, Precision winders from Peas Mettler and Warp tying machine from Staubli. The Weaving facility is equipped with wide width Somet Alpha-Staubli Electronic Jacquards capable of weaving upto 340 cm with Jumbo jacquards and 8 colours wefts.

Somet Alpha dobby machines are with 20 shaft Staubli Electronic dobby. The plant has got the hi-tech air handling units from ‘Luwa’. Checking/mending unit is well appointed with machines for checking, mending and packing. Processing unit has a well equipped process house with complete range of dyeing and finishing machines and AIRO machine from Italy.
