Finding a huge demand for the finished fabrics the company expanded itself into manufacturing and processing of P/V and P/C fabrics. STIL set up Damanganga Fabrics in Daheli near Bihlad in Gujarat. This plant is equipped with the most modern machines from BENNINGER, DORNIER and LUWA ensuring the exquisite quality of the fabrics. Currently the unit has a weaving capacity of 3 million meters/annum and processing capacity of 6 million meters/annum. The managerial and technical team is confident to double the capacity in a year's time.

With the changing market scenario from traditional worsted fabrics to the P/V bottom fabrics, STIL took the advantage of: its experience of being in this field, the in-house availability of raw materials, existing international marketing network and cost effectiveness backed by strict quality control and started seizing this opportunity to the maximum possible level.
